Over the past few months, we've released a number of impactful features based on your feedback. Here are the highlights—please reach out with any questions or suggestions!
Schools can now create public fundraising campaigns with start/end dates and goals. Campaigns are visible to the public, and anyone can donate. Progress bars update in real time, and new donors are added to your Community Members list.

When active campaigns exist, a new tab appears on the homepage with cards for each fundraiser, making it easy for parents and community members to discover and support campaigns.

Admins can now add custom content to the School page, making it easy to share important information, announcements, or resources directly with families.
ClassroomParent now supports your school's Opt-Out process, including FERPA-compliant options. Parents can set their sharing level, and opt-outs are automatically synced with integrations like PowerSchool and Infinite Campus.

Parents can now be directed from external sites to a dues payment page. If a matching parent record is found and dues are owed, they are redirected to the internal payment page. This streamlines the process and improves collection rates.

Enhanced search now allows school-wide searching for materials, events, and messages, with full-text search and improved dashboard display.
The dashboard is now easier to use on small screens, with better organization and more space for search and navigation. About 50% of users are on mobile devices!
Parents now see a list of recently uploaded materials on their dashboard—making it easier to find what matters most.
Permission slips now use radio buttons, exclude placeholder text, and include a QR code for easy access. Many other improvements have been made—see our overview video for more details.

Admins can now configure the classroom registration page to require a single password for all classrooms, making it easier to manage and share. The password can be updated at any time in the settings area.
These enhancements collectively improve fundraising, communication, privacy, and user experience for schools and parent organizations. Sharing these updates with visuals will help admins understand and promote the new features.
